Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase(s), but if for any reason you are not, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item, giving the reason you wish to return it. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

The following items are non-returnable unless proved to be faulty: 
Perishable items such as food
Earrings for pierced ears due to hygiene issues
We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email to let you know. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund - if the latter, with the reason for this decision.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or debit card within 14 days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, the gift credit voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

To return your product, you should post your product to: Ginger Fig, 11 Wessex Road, Taunton TA1 4RH. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should ensure that it is packed appropriately and use a service that offers sufficient cover for the value of the item and obtain proof of postage. We will not be held responsible if the item does not reach us.
